Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Position investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct and prosecutes cases at the administrative and state court levels. Applicants must have a law degree, be admitted to practice law in Utah, and have strong research, writing, organizational, and skills. Must be capable of managing a large case load. Experience with investigations and administrative rules and hearings is preferred. A background in attorney ethics and civil litigation is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
